Formats and LMS platforms
Output formats: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI, cmi5, AICC and HTML5.
LMS platforms we have delivered courses to include Moodle, TalentLMS, Docebo, Cornerstone, Absorb, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday Learning, Canvas and Litmos. If you use iSpring LMS (called iSpring Learn until November 2025), we test there in the same way.
Tracking in an LRS (xAPI). xAPI sends learning records to an LRS, a server that receives, stores and gives access to them. An LRS can sit inside your LMS or stand alone. iSpring Suite publishes xAPI, and iSpring lists LRSs it has tested its courses with, such as Learning Locker. If you want detailed tracking outside the LMS, we publish in xAPI and test the records in your LRS.
Languages, accessibility and remote sites
Languages. iSpring Suite exports course text as an XLIFF file for translation and imports the translated text back. The import replaces the source text, so we always keep a master copy of the original course. A few items, such as equations in text blocks and some SmartArt graphics, do not export, so we translate those by hand.
iSpring's AI translation is unlimited in iSpring Suite AI but limited to 5 translations per account per month in the standard iSpring Suite plan, and iSpring itself warns that AI can make mistakes. That is why every AI translation we deliver is fully post-edited by a human linguist. For Arabic, iSpring's player can show its buttons and messages in Arabic, and we check the right-to-left text on every slide.
Accessibility
We build accessible courses to WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 by default, and to WCAG 2.2 AA on request. iSpring offers a one-click accessible mode with high contrast, screen reader and keyboard support. It currently runs on desktop computers and laptops, so we plan the course with that in mind when many learners use phones.
Remote sites
For warehouses, plants or field teams with poor connections, we can set up offline delivery.

Every iSpring project is quoted on its own scope. These are the things that move the price up or down:
- Course length and number of courses: more minutes and more modules mean more writing, building and testing.
- State of your source content: clean, current decks cost less than text-heavy slides that need rewriting.
- Interactivity: a quiz at the end costs less than branching role-plays and software walkthroughs.
- Media: custom graphics, video and animation add design time.
- Voiceover: human or AI voiceover, and how many minutes of narration.
- Languages: each language adds translation, voiceover and layout checks.
